We require this information in order to deliver the product/s you have ordered. It is vital that the recipient’s address and contact numbers are accurate. Failure to provide us with a valid delivery address and the correct recipient details may result in the order not being delivered and an additional delivery fee being charged for re-delivery to the correct address.

Please check all spelling carefully as we may not be able to amend spelling errors (especially at busy times).

Payment Options:
All transactions on the website will be processed in Indian Rupees. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard , NEFT and Direct Deposit facilities.

All payments must be received before orders can be processed. You may not make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchases on the website.

Credit Card Payments- You must be the owner of the credit card being used to make payment. If you are using somebody else’s credit card for payment you must have full permission to use the card.

NEFT Payments – Internet transfers or cash deposits must be made prior to the delivery being booked. Failure to pay within the allocated time will result in the order not being processed and will delay the delivery date accordingly.

Direct Deposit – Direct Deposit payments must be made and a proof of payment must be sent to via email before delivery can be executed. reserves the right to hold off delivery until the funds have cleared in its bank account.

Vouchers – Vouchers that are issued by may only be redeemed by means of a purchase made online through the website. Vouchers can only be used once per purchase unless stated otherwise. Vouchers do not apply to delivery costs or VAT on any orders.

Delivery Information:
Products purchased on the website will be delivered to the address provided on the order, as long as the third party courier service delivers to that area/address within India. Delivery time depends on the selected method of delivery and the availability of items at the time of the order being placed. Every effort is made to ensure that items appearing on the website are available for immediate dispatch and we endeavour to despatch within one business day of the order being received and paid for in full, if possible and always within a reasonable time period. cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries caused by third party delivery agents, for whatever reason.

Incorrect Products delivered and/or damaged goods received – Upon receiving delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to check that the correct contents have been received and also to check the parcel(s) on receipt for any damage and to immediately notify the delivery provider and if there is an incorrect delivery and or there is any damage to the contents. If the goods delivered are not what was ordered or have been damaged through the delivery process or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please inform the delivery provider and of the problem via email within five business days from receipt of the goods.

In the event of damaged products being received, we will either refund you in full or redeliver a replacement for the damaged product(s). Please note that it will be necessary to return the original product in order to receive the refund or replacement.

If we send the wrong product, we will resend the correct product. Please note that it will be necessary to return the original (incorrect) product delivered.

For counter-to-counter delivery options, will have no liability where goods are not collected from the delivery provider when the recipient is notified or where the courier service is unable to deliver because the recipient, is unavailable to receive the goods at the address specified on the order.

Lost in transit goods – if the goods have not been received within seven days of the order being placed, shall have no liability unless the customer notifies us by email.

What happens if the Person I’m sending to isn’t there? – This does happen from time to time and, when it does, our courier providers follow a fail-safe procedure. If there’s nobody home, they will phone the number provided and arrange a suitable time to re-attempt delivery. They may also leave the parcel with a neighbour or colleague and will contact the recipient informing them of this arrangement.

Complications – If you are ordering a gift for a special occasion or if there is a deadline to when the gift must be received, please ensure that we have a way of contacting you. Complications arise and the sooner we are able to get in touch with you to find an alternative solution the sooner the gift can be delivered successfully.

Alterations – If you have already sent your order and realise that you need to change something (for example, the delivery address), please contact our customer service department as quickly as possible. Please have all the relevant details to hand, including the order number, recipient name and address. If the order has not already been dispatched, we should be able to make any necessary changes.

Busy Periods – Most holidays are very active periods for the delivery service providers and because of the volume of gifts being delivered during these times, we ask that you place your order with us as soon as possible, and at least several days in advance of the delivery of goods being required, to help us plan ahead and ensure a successful and timeous delivery.

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We rely on third parties to deliver our products, so please let us know as soon as possible if an item has not been delivered and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.
